Is there a free trial?
Yes! All plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to features. No credit card required to start. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime during or after the trial.
What counts as a Monthly Active Contact (MAC)?
A Monthly Active Contact is any unique contact you send or receive a message from within a billing month. Contacts who don't message and aren't messaged don't count. MAC counts reset at the start of each billing cycle.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade anytime and get immediate access to new features (prorated billing). Downgrade at the end of your billing cycle. No long-term contracts on Starter and Growth plans.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and wire transfer for annual Enterprise plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees. The price you see includes the platform, all native integrations, and standard support. The only additional costs are channel-specific fees (like WhatsApp conversation charges) which are passed through at cost.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes! Save 20% when you pay annually instead of monthly. Non-profits and startups may qualify for additional discounts—contact our sales team for details.
What happens if I exceed my MAC limit?
We'll notify you when you reach 80% and 100% of your limit. You can upgrade mid-cycle or purchase additional MACs. We never cut off your service unexpectedly—conversations continue while you decide.
