Create a Dexo.chat Account
Sign up for a free Dexo.chat account. You will need a Growth or Enterprise plan for Instagram automation.

Switch to Instagram Business Account
Open Instagram app, go to Settings > Account > Switch to Professional Account > Business.

Connect Facebook Page
Link your Instagram Business account to a Facebook Page. This is required by Meta for API access.

Connect Instagram in Dexo.chat
Go to Settings > Channels > Add Channel > Instagram. Authorize the connection with your Facebook account.

Create Automation Rules
In Dexo.chat, go to Automation > Create New. Set up triggers for keywords, story replies, or new followers.

Configure AI Responses
Enable AI Agent to automatically respond to common questions. Train it with your FAQ and product information.
