Roles and Responsibilities
Data Controller
You (the Customer) determine the purposes and means of processing personal data.
Data Processor
Dexo.chat processes personal data on your behalf according to your instructions.

- Employee training and confidentiality agreements

Data Subject Rights
We assist you in fulfilling your obligations to respond to data subject requests, including access, rectification, erasure, and portability.
International Data Transfers
Where we transfer data outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
